WHAT IS HEART TO
HEART?
Greetings Beloved:
My name is Ed Corin. I am one of the
co-founders of Anavox Ministries. This particular portion of our
web-site came about while I was praying and asking God directly, how we
could be of service to Him. I felt the Holy Spirit instructing me to
spend quality time with Him alone in prayer and worship where He might
reveal to me His heart for people. He said very clearly,
”I want you to act as a spiritual father
and convey My Heart to the heart of my people.” The
goal is to strengthen and encourage you to truly understand how much you
are loved unconditionally by God the Father, through faith in Jesus
Christ as Lord and Savior, administered through daily fellowship with
the Holy Spirit.
We will be obedient and attempt to be there
for you...

THINK GENERATIONALLY
Romans 12:2
“And do not be conformed to this
world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind,
that you may prove what the will of God is, that which
is good and acceptable and perfect”
If the
church hopes to be relevant and meet the needs of the
twenty-first century and beyond, it must be willing to
undergo a change in the way they think. The scripture
above speaks of a renewing of the mind. In other words,
we need to reconstruct our perceptions. One of our goals
at Anavox Ministries is to challenge the church to
embrace the mindset of becoming a bridge generation.
A “Bridge Generation”
builds on the past, lives in the now, and plans for the future. It is
important to live each day as if Christ is coming back today, yet plan
for tomorrow as if He will not return for years. Part of the perception
of a ”Bridge Generation” is recognizing and taking seriously the
responsibility of passing on to the next generation a solid legacy of
faith and Godly values. It has been said that the church is never more
than one step away from paganism. All it takes is for one generation to
fail in transferring it’s beliefs and principles to the next.
One of the most
critical needs of the church today, is to teach the next generation, not
just doctrinal beliefs, but passionate heart affection. We must teach
them to love God for themselves, by modeling that love. In God’s dealing
with man, we see the biblical pattern of mentoring, which is the
fundamental principal known as spiritual fathering and mothering.
The concept of
spiritual mentoring is firmly grounded in scripture. The Jewish people
have a foundational truth for their faith called “The Shema” (from the
first word of the scripture passage in Hebrew)
Deuteronomy 6:4-7
“Hear O Israel! The
Lord is our God. The Lord is One! And you shall love the Lord your God
with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. And
these word which I am commanding you today, shall be on your heart, and
you shall teach them diligently to your sons and shall talk of them when
you sit in your house and when you walk by the way and when you lie down
and when you rise up”
The “Shema” is the
first scripture that Jewish children are taught when they begin their
spiritual education. In Mathew
22:38 Jesus identified this as “the great and foremost
commandment”. Nothing is more important than knowing, loving, and
fearing ,or reverencing, God. Directly following this commandment, to
love God, is the commandment to pass on that love to the next
generation. The fathers and mothers were to use every opportunity and,
circumstance of life to transfer their faith in God, as an inheritance
to ensure the well being of their children.
Whenever there is a
powerful move of God, multiple generations are involved. God is the God
of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. The congregation of God’s people includes
persons of all ages.
Joel 2:16 states
“Gather the people,
sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children and
nursing infants. Let the Bridegroom come out of His room and the bride
out of her bridal chamber.”
This call is a prelude
to the great promise of the prophet Joel in verse 28 of chapter 2 which
is clearly trans-generational in nature.
“It will come about
after this that I will pour out My Spirit on all mankind; and your sons
and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, and your
young men will see visions.”
The zeal of the young
working, in synergy, with the wisdom of the old defines this promise.
Before Christ returns, God will release an explosive move of the Holy
Spirit that will transform us by the renewing of our minds. It will
cause us to begin thinking generationally rather than selfishly. The
church will raise up “double portion” sons and daughters who will
dominate the culture in the power of the Holy Spirit. These will be
“Sons of Thunder and Daughters of Light”

GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM SERIES - PART
3
I
apologize for taking so long since our last discussion ,however, I had
some health issues that precluded me from writing to you. God is good! I
am healed and I have much that I would like to impart.
We said that the kingdom of heaven is resident inside of each and every
one of us and that it was placed there long before we were ever born. We
were created by God with a destiny and purpose for our lives. (Jeremiah
1:4-5) 4. Now the word of the lord came
to me saying, 5.”Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you, and before
you were born, I consecrated you; I have appointed you a prophet to the
nations.” For those of you young people
reading this, it is interesting to note, when Jeremiah received this
word from the Lord, he was very young. He immediately freaked out and
said, (in verse 6) “Lord I do not know
how to speak because I am a youth.” In
verse 7,8,and 9, of Jeremiah, the Lord answers him and says,
“Do not say I am a youth, because everywhere I
send you, you shall go and all that I command you, you shall speak. Do
not be afraid for I am with you.” And
the Lord stretched out His hand and touched Jeremiah’s mouth and said,
“Behold I have put My words in your
mouth.” God will always give you what
you need to accomplish the destiny He has for you.
The Kingdom is “The sphere of God’s rule for your life.” As we discover
and begin to walk in the destiny and purpose that God has for us, the
sphere of His rule expands. As we are led by the Spirit, we truly become
the sons and daughters of God. This entire process begins with our
salvation experience. When we say “yes” to Jesus and accept the free
gift of His salvation, we are reconciled to God. Jesus did for us what
we were incapable of doing for ourselves.
The Holy Spirit draws us to a place of repentance and to Jesus for our
salvation. He baptizes or immerses us into the body of Christ. (see I
Corinthians chapter 12 verse 13) We are now “In Christ”, which is our
position. Once we are in the Body of Christ and are seeking deeper
intimacy and relationship with Him, we discover that God’s intention was
to empower us to be His ambassadors on earth. Jesus, Himself, baptizes
or immerses us in the Holy Spirit. It is the Spirit that provides the
power. Now we are, not only “In Christ”, our position, but Christ
is in us, which is our condition. This now is the completion of
God’s plan to equip you to walk in the destiny and purpose created for
you long before you were born.
With this plan comes
your inheritance:
1. You have the right to royal power
2. You have the right to authority
3. You have the right to dominion
If you study the life of Jesus, you will find that He came to earth with
only one thing in mind… to do the will of the Father. If we will get our
lives lined up with the will of our heavenly Father, He will empower us
in the same way He empowered Jesus. In John chapter 14 verse 12, it says
that we will do the things that Jesus did and even greater things.
The Kingdom is already resident within you. Go deeper in your
relationship with the Lord, and by His Spirit, discover it for yourself.
It Really Is Good News!

GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM SERIES - PART 2
In our last discussion,
I presented to you a passage of scripture that I received as clear
revelation from God. It has become a life message to me as well as
inspired deeper purpose to the ministry of Anavox. I hope that as this
series develops, it will help to bring some clarity in your quest to
understand God’s will for your life.
Matthew 24:14 says:
“And this gospel of the Kingdom shall be preached in the whole world for
a witness to all the nations, and then the end shall come.”
Every time I read or
quote it, the meaning becomes planted deeper in my heart. What excites
me about it, is that if you can see with your spiritual eyes, that if
this concept can be effectively communicated, it can truly change
peoples lives for the better. For this scripture to impact your life,
we must clearly define the “Kingdom”. For many of us our concept of the
Kingdom, is the place we will all go one day in the sweet by and by.
This is the place where God the Father rules and reigns for all
eternity. This mystical place that we have a hard time allowing our
thoughts to dwell on because man is incapable of comprehending the
awesomeness of it all.
To better understand, I
want to clarify that the scripture speaks of two Kingdoms, the Kingdom
of God, which we just described, and the Kingdom of heaven which is the
one we are trying to define from the scripture in Matthew chapter 24.
The Kingdom of heaven is an earthly kingdom where Jesus the Son of God
rules and reigns supreme. When Jesus came to Earth He came from the
Kingdom of God to establish His earthly Kingdom. The good news or
gospel of the kingdom, is that the kingdom of heaven is resident in each
and every one of us who have made the decision to receive Jesus as our
Lord and Savior. Everything begins when we receive our salvation from
believing in the finished work of Jesus that reconciled each of us to
God and satisfied His wrath against sinful mankind. God is no longer
angry with us because the blood of Jesus was shed to pay the price and
accomplish for us who believe, what we were incapable of providing for
ourselves. All we need to do is say yes to Him.
Now that we are
believers, Jesus wants us to discover who we really are now that our old
self is dead and we are reborn with a new identity “In Christ”. This
new identity brings with it an amazing concept that resident in each and
every one of us is the kingdom of heaven and in the infinite wisdom of
God he deposits in each of us His Spirit to indwell us and empower us as
children of God, so that we can do the things that Jesus did and even
greater things (John 14:12) As we submit to the Spirit’s lead and
authority, the kingdom within us begins to unfold. A better definition
of the kingdom would be, the sphere of God’s rule for our lives. As we
allow God to control us more and more, through our obedience, we begin
to see our power develop. When we grasp this important truth the
scripture in Matthew 24:14 makes a very important statement…and then the
end will come. If we preach this good news in the whole world as a
witness to all the nations then Jesus will come back to rule and reign
His earthly Kingdom with you and I together for a thousand years. Then
we will be prepared to be presented to God the Father in His eternal
Kingdom , which no one can comprehend according to 1Cor. 2:9.
There is so much more
to you than meets the eye. In our next installment we will discuss some
of the benefits that you need to know that are your inheritance as
King’s kids.

GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM SERIES - PART 1
Have you ever wondered
or asked yourself, why am I here? What in the world is my true purpose?
Sometimes we contemplate these incredible questions, but I fear that
most of us put them aside, because they tend to boggle our already
cluttered minds. Anything that cannot be answered satisfactorily in a
few short sentences becomes too monumental to concern us in our
microwave mindsets.
Our awesome creator, the God of heaven and earth, has supplied us with a
blueprint that will take us on a journey of discovery for all who truly
wish to pursue God’s plan for their lives. That blueprint is the
inspired, infallible word of God. In Mathew’s gospel, chapter 24, we get
a glimpse of what Jesus reveals to us about the end times, and what we
can expect to happen, before the end of the age. In this prophetic
passage of scripture came the most profound life message that I have
ever read. With further exploration and study, I received what I
consider to be the greatest revelation of my Christian life. It has
framed the course for my existence and is charting the mission statement
for the global ministry of Anavox.
The scripture is found in
Mathew chapter 24 verse 14
and says
“and this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached
in the whole world for a witness to all the nations, and then the end
shall come.”
If you are at all like me this will not seem
earth shaking at first glance, however, with careful examination,
destiny can be discovered.
I
first began to question, what is the gospel (good news) of the kingdom,
as opposed to just the gospel, which is a term I am familiar with. The
gospel was simply the good news of Jesus Christ and God’s eternal plan
of salvation for all mankind, through Him. This was a concept that I
found very clear and had been taught for many years. Preaching the
gospel was to tell people about Jesus and what His finished work on
Calvary had done for them. This was a clear commission,
for all believers, straight from the mouth of God. To preach the good
news of the kingdom for a witness to every nation of the world requires
further study to understand the concept of the kingdom.
When Jesus stated, emphatically, that when this was accomplished then
the end would come, it blew my mind. To think that we, as fellow
believers, might be responsible for actually ushering in the second
coming of the Lord, suddenly gave a sense of urgency to understanding
this concept and then taking it everywhere we go. The beauty of our
existence is that every one of us has been uniquely created with
different gifts, talents and passions, and are all significantly
important in accomplishing this goal.
Everyone has an important role to play and it is up to us to determine
how we can do our part.
The ultimate reward for every believer is to rule and reign with Christ.
In future articles, we will attempt to unlock the mystery of the
kingdom. Until them, be in prayer with me.

PSALM 91:1
(King James Version)
“He that dwelleth in the
Secret Place
of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the
Almighty.”
It is
becoming more and more apparent that we are living in
very critical times in the history of our world. Turning
on the news is watching bible prophecy unfold. Wars,
terrorist attacks in our homeland, the constant threat
of those filled with hatred for the United States,
earthquakes, hurricanes, all kinds of natural disasters
of biblical proportions, seemingly without end, are
bringing our nation to a place of unrest like never
before.
Now is
the right time to slow down the pace of our overwhelming
lives and evaluate and consider dwelling in the secret
place of the Most High. To dwell means to possess a
place and live therein. The secret place is a covering
or hiding place, that no evil or destructive force can
penetrate. Under the shadow is under the defense and
protection of the Almighty, where one will be safe. It
is a place of true security. The secret place is a
place of real intimacy and personal relationship with
the Living God, found through the indwelling Holy Spirit
in us. The Holy Spirit baptism empowers us and expands
the Kingdom that is within. The Kingdom is the sphere of
God’s rule for our lives. The Holy Spirit is our
entrance into the secret place.
Great
fruit comes from this relationship:
Our
love for God is revealed and developed in our hearts.
Our
worship experience is heightened.
Our
praying becomes more frequent.
Our
desire to read and comprehend the bible is illuminated
as the Spirit tutors us.
Our
ability to communicate with God increases.
The
Holy Spirit discloses to us what is to come and gives us
ears to hear.
Our
overall quality time, spent with the Lord, becomes a
priority.
Religious traditions, rules and regulations,
condemnation, and judgementalism are being preached
throughout much of Christianity today. These things have
alienated more people than they have helped. People
believe in God and go to church but are disconnected in
heir hearts and minds. The secret place is where the
breaches and disconnections can be repaired. Instead of
religious traditions, you will have intimacy and true
relationship with the God of the universe, who loves you
unconditionally right where you are. No guilt, no shame,
no feeling like you’ll never be good enough. Jesus died
for all of that, and now God is totally accessible to
you and me.
Yes,
there is a lot going on in the world right now, and you
can be sure of much more to come. Men’s hearts will fail
them for fear, But Not For The
True Believer That Learns To Dwell In The Secret Place
Of The Most High. Psalm 91:7 goes on to say
“A thousand shall fall at thy side and
ten thousand at thy right hand, but it shall not come
near thee. Only with your eyes shall you see the reward
of the wicked” The Time Is Now!!!
If you
do not know the Lord, have fallen away, or are feeling
disconnected, please contact me. I would like to pray
and counsel with you. God Loves You And So Do I !!!

JOHN 4:23-24
“But an hour is coming, and now
is, when the true worshipers shall worship the Father in
spirit and truth; for such people the Father seeks to
be His worshipers. “God is spirit, and those
who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth."
Many of us, if we were interviewed, would say that we
are seeking the Lord. We all want to find our place in
the kingdom of God, and to discover our purpose and
destiny in this life. I find it fascinating that this
portion of scripture clearly states that our Heavenly
Father is actually seeking in us those that will worship
Him in Spirit and Truth. Do you find yourself in a place
where worship is the time set aside in church to sing a
few songs or hymns, and the routine is very mundane and
predictable? The scripture declares that “God inhabits
the praise of His people” If you want God to show up in
your worship time, be sure that you are allowing
yourself to be in Spirit and Truth. What does that mean?
I’m glad you asked.
2 CORINTHIANS 3:17
says
“Now
the Lord is Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is,
there is liberty.” Complete total freedom to
express, to the fullest measure your personality will
allow, your absolute love and adoration for God. No fear
of man, just total reverence for your heavenly Father.
No concern for what the person next to you might think,
or what your friends are doing. It’s just you and Jesus
in reckless abandon for each other. You can sing, shout,
lift up holy hands, dance, weep, spin around, or just
fall on your face. It doesn’t have to be what everyone
else is doing; it just has to be from your heart, led by
the Spirit. God will know if it is true.
This is a level of intimacy that we all need to
experience and practice if we are going to get serious
about our relationship with God. It is the desire and
mission of Anavox to create an “Atmosphere of true
Worship” where Jesus will walk among us by His Spirit
and be pleased. When we will truly grasp this, we will
come into worship with expectancy. The atmosphere of
expectancy is the breeding ground for your miracle.
There is so much more to you than meets the eye.
Will you join Anavox and say “Seek no more Lord, your
true worshipers are here.”
Watch what happens.

MALACHI 4:5-6
5. “Behold, I am going to send you Elijah the prophet before the coming
of the great and terrible day of the Lord.”
6.
“And He will restore the hearts of the fathers to their children, and
the hearts of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the
land with a curse.” Grace to you, and peace from God our Father,
and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Jesus Himself, said in JOHN Chapter 16
verse 7 “I tell you the truth,
it is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the
Helper (or Comforter) will not come to you; but if I go, I will send Him
(Holy Spirit) to you.” Verse 13 goes on to say;
“But when He, the Spirit of Truth comes, He will
guide you into all the truth; for He will not speak on His own
initiative, but whatever He hears (from God), HE will speak and He will
disclose to you what is to come.” Stop
for just a short time and allow yourself to meditate on that incredible
portion of scripture. God and His most precious Son, the Lord Jesus, are
communicating truth and destiny about you and your future to God, (The
Holy Spirit) sent here to live inside you and empower you to fulfill
your destiny and understand what it is. It is your access to divine
communication. The same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead, the
same Spirit that authored the bible, the same Spirit that is the
creative force of the universe, wants to live inside of you and lead and
guide you to find your purpose for this generation.
ROMANS chapter 5,
verse 5 says “and hope does not disappoint,
because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through
the Holy Spirit who was given to us.”
To understand and
truly comprehend the unconditional love that is in the heart of Father
God for you requires a level of depth that can only be revealed when
opening yourself up and allowing the Holy Spirit (the Father God’s
Spirit) to indwell you and guide you into that truth. It is very hard to
express with mere words. It requires an intimacy in worship that happens
when you let yourself go, blocking out the cares of the world, not
worrying what others think, and just get alone with God and soak in His
presence. The scripture teaches us that God inhabits the praise of His
people. That is why Anavox exists as a music ministry. It is our desire
to not just entertain with great music, but to create an atmosphere of
worship, that praises our God with such total abandon, that the Holy
Spirit will indwell those that are open to receive Him. When He does,
you will be changed forever. Please don’t just hear about God,
experience Him for yourself and then begin to seek after Him in personal
relationship that will be life changing.
Perhaps it is
extremely difficult for you to understand and comprehend how much the
Father God really loves you and how special you are to Him. Maybe your
concept of a father’s love is based upon your life experience with your
earthly father. If he is a man who is able to express his love for you
physically, verbally, and emotionally, then it will be much easier to
begin to understand how your heavenly Father feels about you. For many,
it may be just the opposite. Your earthly father was too busy or too
absorbed in his own overwhelming life to properly give you what you have
required. There are so many possible circumstances or scenarios that may
exist, that are too numerous to name, however, suffice it to say, your
personal view of fatherhood may be extremely out of balance to the point
that your belief in a loving heavenly Father is out of reach. That is
all the more reason to take hold of the Holy Spirit relationship and
allow Him to pour out the love of God with in your heart. That is one of
His many functions to help you in your walk with God. The Holy Spirit
teaches you how to expand your capacity to love both God the Father as
well as to love your fellow man. These are the greatest commandments
given to the human race to follow… “To love
the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, strength, and mind,
and to love your neighbor as yourself.”
The most important
thing to God is that we love Him and each other . Our capacity to do
that is based upon our upbringing and our environment. If you struggle
in any way to feel and show love properly, it is not your fault.
Let me say that again; IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT! There may be
tremendous hurt on the inside that you are unable to share. There may be
anger, resentment, and a host of other emotions that have been bottled
up for so long that a root of bitterness has set in that keep you from a
relationship with God and perhaps with others because of various trust
issues. Forgiveness is the only way to
take an ax to the root of bitterness.
The beginning of this
message was scripture that conveys the will of God……which is His desire
to restore the hearts of the fathers to their children and the hearts of
the children to their fathers. As the scripture so correctly points out,
the land is smitten with a curse, in that relationships in families are
in desperate need of restoration. At
Anavox
Ministries, our heart is to help in any way we can to counsel and
convey the true unconditional love of the Father God, which is the only
way to break that curse.
In closing, I leave you with the word
of God found in 1 CORINTHIANS
chapter 2:11-12
"For who among men knows the thoughts of a man
except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so the thoughts of
God, no one knows except the Spirit of God. NOW we have received not the
spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know
the things freely given to us by God.”
Be equipped to be all
you can be, by having a measure of God Himself in you “HIS MOST PRECIOUS
HOLY SPIRIT”
